If you are unable to book appointments online and your CCS profile page shows your status as "BLACKLISTED", then your account has been temporarily disabled. This could be due to a payment dispute with a clinic or for other reasons such as abuse, fraud, uttering threats, or other illegal activity associated with the account. If your account is blacklisted, and you're not sure why, please contact us and we can help you resolve the situation. Do NOT attempt to create a new account to side-step the black-listing. This is against our terms of service and will result in further account flagging with fraud charges laid against the original account.
